About Russ
Growing up living with his family in various rental units, home ownership was never something that Russ took for granted. In fact, like many Millennials, it felt like a distant (and slightly terrifying) prospect as housing costs in the Twin Cities rose over the last several decades. It wasn’t until he and his wife were expecting their first child that they took the plunge and purchased their first home, wanting to put down solid roots for their family. Russ fell in love with the process and shortly thereafter became a practicing agent.
Fast forward to present day and the Conlons have expanded their portfolio with multiple investment properties and are purpose-driven to help first-time homebuyers, sellers and investors alike grow their wealth and legacy through real estate. Russ lives in Plymouth with his wife Sheila, son Everett, daughter Fiona and chocolate lab Penny. As a fitness enthusiast Russ participates in the Hyrox Fitness Racing circuit along with his wife Sheila, he likes it because he believes “When you can discipline your mind and body to take on challenging tasks you promote growth in all facets of life.” If you can’t find Russ at work or at the gym, in a likelihood he is either playing soccer, cheering on his son at a chess tournament, or cooking dinner for his family (Never pass on a dinner invite to the Conlon’s).
